Getting started begins by booking your first session through the “Get Started” link on this page. You’ll visit the studio, meet our coaches, and take a free class at Blitz45. We’ll take time to understand your goals, training background, and what you’re looking to accomplish so we can recommend the best path forward. If you are looking for personal training or HYROX, we can guide you on that as well.
Most members begin noticing changes in how they feel and perform within the first few weeks. Strength, conditioning, and confidence build progressively with consistent training. We typically recommend training three times per week to start. Results come from showing up consistently, following the programming, and allowing progress to compound over time.

No. Blitz45 is built around coached progression. Every member starts where they are, and workouts are structured to adjust for different experience levels, strengths, and abilities. Our coaches guide movement, manage pacing, and help you progress over time so training stays challenging, effective, and aligned with our standards, regardless of your starting point.

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance.
Some days are more strength focused where we will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.
Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!
Each Blitz45 class is a focused 45-minute session led by experienced coaches. Classes begin with a guided warm-up designed to prepare your body for the day’s training. Your coach will walk through the workout, demonstrate movements, and provide cues throughout the session. Training is structured and intentionally coached to ensure quality movement and consistent progress. Classes finish with a brief cooldown to support recovery and help you leave feeling strong and accomplished.
Yes. Blitz45 offers clean, well-appointed showers so members can train, reset, and move on with their day. Whether you’re heading to work, meetings, or your next commitment, you won’t need to rush home first.
A focused recovery space equipped with compression boots, massage guns, medical grade red light therapy, and massage chairs supporting how you recover, reset, and return to training.
